A request is a server request sent from your application/website to our server, where it is processed and returned as a response in the form of recommended "suggested" addresses. On average, one address requires 7-15 requests to provide the user with the correct address.
No, if you exceed your monthly plan, the service will not be disabled. You will automatically be charged according to the "Usage Beyond Plan" pricing.
Currently, you can pay for services via bank transfer. Invoices can be found in the "Plan" section, showing paid/unpaid statuses for your convenience.
You can cancel the service anytime in the "Billing" section.
You can change your plan at any time in the "Plan" section. Please note that the new plan will be charged from the moment of the change, and the plan can be changed once a day. When changing the plan, an order with an invoice for the previous plan will be generated immediately. Upon changing the plan, the order will be recalculated based on the usage for that month. You will not pay the full amount, but the limits for requests and addresses will also be reduced.
No, the plan is billed per project. You can have multiple projects under one account, each with different plans based on your needs and flexibility.

Smart emails help your customers fill in their email addresses faster. They automatically suggest the most common email domains, reducing errors and speeding up the checkout process.
Practically, this is not possible. A created project only responds to the combination of the domain and API key you set. If someone uses your API key under their own domain, the services will simply not work for them. There’s no need to worry — the service is secure.
