Automatic Data Completion and Verification
Our features assist users in filling out forms through automatic data completion and validation, such as address, phone number, or email. This minimizes errors during data entry and increases efficiency.
This data is processed individually without interlinking, reducing the risk of identifying a specific person. If identification does occur, the data will be processed solely for the purposes of the activated features and will not be stored long-term.
Business Search
When this feature is activated, we provide information about entrepreneurs based on publicly available sources, including identification and economic data. After providing this information, no data is retained further.

For the correct functioning of platform features, we use network identifiers such as IP addresses and cookies. These identifiers are used exclusively for service provision and are not stored long-term.
Request Recording
For each use of our features, the corresponding credit is deducted. These transactions are recorded anonymously and encrypted to avoid storing personal data.
You as the Data Controller:
When using the features of the Launify platform, you are the data controller, as you determine the purpose and means of processing personal data through the forms on your website.
Our Role as Data Processor:
Our company operates as a data processor, working exclusively based on your authorization and in accordance with the terms of service.
Information Obligation:
You must inform data subjects about the processing of their personal data, including the purpose, legal basis, retention period, and rights they can exercise.
Legal Basis for Processing:
For collecting identification and contact details, you must have a legal basis, such as contract fulfillment or compliance with legal obligations, like accounting.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data, correct them, delete them, restrict processing, transfer them, and object to processing.
