Effective from: February 6, 2026
2.1 Based on these terms and conditions, the Provider provides the User with the Add-on and all associated services for use.
2.2 The Provider provides the Add-on to the User on its own account and responsibility. Shoptet is not the provider of the Add-on and is not responsible for the Add-on or its content.
2.3 The User hereby acknowledges and expressly agrees that, in relation to the Add-on, Shoptet has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance services and is not responsible for settling claims of the User or any third party in relation to the Provider and/or the Add-on operated by the Provider, whether arising from liability for defects, damages caused, or violation of legal regulations, particularly in the area of personal data processing or other rights.
3.1 The Provider hereby grants the User a non-exclusive license (authorization) to use the Add-on.
4.1 The Provider undertakes to provide the Add-on such that it is available via the internet network for at least 99% of the total time in every calendar month.
4.2 The Add-on is considered available if it can be properly used, i.e., without any difficulties, malfunctions, or defects, for the purpose stated on its Product Page. The time during which standard exclusions and downtimes, according to the following paragraph, last is not included in the total time used to assess the scope of availability.
4.3 The Provider is entitled to perform Add-on downtimes between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. These downtimes may be carried out for a maximum of 5 hours per month. The Provider is obliged to inform the User of every planned downtime at least 3 days in advance.
5.1 The Provider undertakes to provide the User with technical support via telephone and email contact. Contact details are listed on the Add-on's Product Page.
5.2 The Provider will respond to any query sent by the User on working days within 24 hours of receiving such a query, using the communication channel through which the query was raised.
5.3 The Provider further undertakes to ensure regular maintenance and updates of the Add-on, specifically three times per year, and to carry out activities aimed at detecting Add-on defects. The Provider undertakes to rectify all discovered defects within a deadline corresponding to their severity.
6.1 The User acknowledges that all data provided within the Add-on is for informational purposes only and the User uses it at their own risk. The Provider is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of this data.
6.2 All liability for defects of the Add-on rests exclusively with the Provider.
6.3 The Provider is responsible for any damage or other harm arising from the breach of its obligations stemming from the provision of the Add-on to the User (excluding damages mentioned in point 6.1).
6.4 The User acknowledges that Shoptet is not responsible for any legal or factual defects of the Add-on, nor is it responsible for any damage or other harm arising from the breach of the Provider's obligations stemming from the Agreement or these terms and conditions. Shoptet is also not responsible for the level of availability of the Add-on, its current or future compatibility, or for the conformity of the description of the Add-on's functionalities with the actual functionality of the Add-on.
